This original cottage was transformed into a spacious family home by lifting the one-story structure and adding a new lower floor beneath, all while adhering to planning regulations. The upper floor was completely gutted and redesigned, now featuring a luxurious Master suite, two children's bedrooms, and a new kids' bathroom. To enhance the layout, a new stair was added to the side of the house, with windows on three sides, allowing natural light to flood the area.

The newly created lower level offers an expansive open floor plan, blending the living room, dining room, family room, and kitchen into one seamless space, perfect for family gatherings and entertaining. Additionally, a separate home office/guest room with an adjacent bath provides flexibility for work or guests, adding to the home's versatility.

In keeping with the home's creative transformation, the existing garage at the rear was repurposed into a bright and inspiring artist studio, making the most of the natural light and beautiful views. A new garage was built in the front, complementing the home's updated design.
