Warner Canyon

A kitchen and family room were added to the west side of the house and connected to an existing garage. The existing kitchen was transformed into an elegant home office. The space below the new kitchen was used for a guest suite. The new kitchen features a flip up window that allows the counter to extend outside to the expanded deck for exterior seating.

A new fireplace was added to the living room and the great room layout was reconfigured to improve the flow and access to the outdoor spaces.

The exterior looks as it if it was built like this originally, the vaulted roof at the kitchen sink mirrors the vault at the entry door. All cabinetry was custom made and coordinated with the intricate stone and tile work.
