No detail was spared in the creation of this 4,200sf Victorian home. It started out in the early 1900’s as a upper and lower duplex. Then the new owner wanted to create a family home and we added a 2,200 sf two story addition on the side. Everything was taken down to the studs and completely rebuilt. There are over 40 slabs of stone in this project, all the casework, moldings, door and windows trim and roof rafters are custom milled. It was a true labor of love and families will enjoy this elegant home for generations.
