Madrone

This home has the beautiful feeling of living in a treehouse, it just needed to be expanded, updated and reconfigured to meet the needs of a young growing family.

A master suite was created upstairs along with a new bed and bathroom for the kids.  The lower floor addition included a new spacious  kitchen with island  that opened onto the family room with a space for the dining room. A guest bedroom and bath were integrated into the existing part of the house.  The ceilings were raised up over a foot and the outdoor space was connected with a glass wall system and flip up window with exterior counter at the kitchen to allow a seamless transition from inside to outside.  New doors, windows, siding and landscaping put the finishing touches and anchor the home to the site.
