This bungalow had good bones but the spaces needed to be opened up to maximize flow and suit a young family. The building was taken down to the studs and refinished inside and outside. A Master suite was created downstairs along with the addition of two bedrooms, a bath and family room. The upstairs features a new kitchen, that connects to a playroom and is open to the living room, a guest bedroom and bath and a new a home office with built in cabinetry and desks. The upper and lower decks were redone with glass railings to maximize the view.
