PEPPER AVENUE

This beautiful two-story Larkspur home underwent a thoughtful update, including a spacious addition designed to enhance the flow of the interior. The project involved expanding the main living spaces, upstairs bedrooms, and relocating the stairway, resulting in larger, more open rooms that allow natural light to fill the home. The new layout creates a seamless connection between the living areas, making the home feel more expansive and in tune with modern living.

To further improve the home's connection to its surroundings, folding doors were incorporated to open up the living spaces to the outdoors. Large windows were added throughout, allowing abundant light to flood the interior and offering beautiful views of the surrounding landscape. The Dutch front door with side lites was strategically placed to welcome guests and create a sense of flow from the exterior to the interior.
